I am assigned to the Internal Equipment Maintenance (IEM) division for Halliburton Russia and Azerbaijan. My responsibilities and accountabilities for the Russia and Azerbaijan IEM departments are as follows: • Enable service excellence and customer satisfaction by providing training and guidance to individuals engaged in maintenance activities. • Review performance data to identify trends and opportunities for performance improvement. • Promote the use of the Halliburton Management System • Promote and encourage safety and service quality. • Monitor maintenance performance assessments • Champion the implementation of new technology within the maintenance department. • Assist employees with Human Resource Development and Human Resources issues (Halliburton University, PPR) • Train, mentor and assesses competencies of employees engaged in maintenance work. • Coordinate and assist with the Correction, Prevention and Improvement process for maintenance. • Investigate and perform follow-up activities on unplanned events and/or jobs. • Investigates accidents, injuries and incidents within Maintenance department. • Coordinate the hiring process for Maintenance department in concert with Human Resources. • Interface and work with Maintenance Supervisor pursuant to employees development and evaluation issues. • Supervise IEM location leads and SAP administrators, allocate and monitor work, coordinate similar activities within Russia and Azerbaijan. Interpret and apply directions originating at a higher management level. • Drive preventive maintenance inspections compliance on all locations throughout Russia and Azerbaijan. • Develop new work methods to assure that all IEM locations within Eurasia are following the same processes and procedures. • Regularly run and sort various reports from SAP PM as well as from other data sources for the maintenance supervisors, and managers as well as requests received from the other support functions and product service lines. Currently there are 3 SAP administrators and total of 62 leads and technicians in Russia and Azerbaijan under my supervision. I make regular business trips to Azerbaijan to train, guide and mentor local IEM team. I hold roles of Regional Competency Coordinator for IEM Eurasia and Alternate Manager for IEM Russia and Azerbaijan teams. I developed and maintain Microsoft SharePoint site used by Eurasia IEM team.

My responsibilities and accountabilities for the Russia IEM Department were as follows: • Work with SAP PM system to create work orders for maintenance technicians. • Order spare parts tied to a maintenance work order in SAP PM. • Work with procurement group to source shop equipment and consumable supplies at the best price and order thru the SAP procurement process, using online requisitioning. • Collect, track, maintain and load in SAP all maintenance staff time to work orders as well as enter CAT4 time tracking for working hours for mechanics and electronic technicians. • Compare vendor invoicing to assure the correct invoice is tied to the correct work order and unit in SAP PM. • Drive preventive maintenance inspections compliance on all locations throughout Russia. • Develop new work methods to assure that all IEM locations within Eurasia are following the same processes and procedures. • Regularly run and sort various reports from SAP PM as well as from other data sources for the maintenance supervisors, and managers as well as requests received from the other support functions and product service lines.

My major goal was to compete in tenders that are held by major oil and gas companies all over Russia and win each one of them. My responsibilities and accountabilities for the Russian Industrial Holding procurement department were as follows: • Discuss and select tender projects with senior procurement specialist or director. • Contact oil and gas equipment, tools and materials manufacturers or their distributors and dealers to collect prices. • Collect logistics cost and delivery time. • Gather all goods data, prices and delivery time in a specific MS Excel form. • Cooperate with other departments to prepare final commercial offer. • After the company wins a tender I again contacted the oil and gas equipment, tools and materials manufacturers, distributors or dealers to confirm prices and receive discounts. • Proceed with goods purchase and logistics organization. • Receive goods at the company’s warehouse and send them to a customer or send them directly to the customer site.
