Performance Development Coordinator
• Development of documents (standards, instructions, local documents of the company) related to quality management system (QMS).
• Perform internal audits.
• Preparation of plans for corrective and preventive action plans based on the audits results
• Coordination and assistance in the program of correction, prevention and improvement (CPI), as well as in conducting an audit, investigating incidents in the field of occupational safety and industrial safety, analyzing and completing subsequent corrective actions.
• Training and consulting employees on improving the management system, the basics of managerial communication, business correspondence.
• Optimization of the organizational structure of the company, development of job descriptions
• Control of compliance with safety requarements (conducting inspections, audits of workplaces) and maintaining established documentation at service facilities.
• Development of action plans to prevent accidents. Monitoring the implementation of these activities.
• Development of comprehensive plans for improving working conditions and monitoring its implementation.
• Cooperation with other departments on the preparation of technical and commercial proposals.
• Conducting training on global and local standards, processes and methods of the company's management system.
• Analysis of performance data in order to identify and inform senior management about trends and opportunities to improve the efficiency of service delivery.
• Scheduling of employees' work, planning vacation periods, trainings for employees.
• Registration, maintenance and storage of documentation related to the system of training, adaptation and internship, development and building a professional career of personnel.
• Assistance in identifying systems, methods and tools for building a professional career.
• Assistance in organizing training.
• Document management (employment contracts, certificates, vacation applications, registration of field passes, certification of documents)
• Business correspondence (in Russian, English).
• Adaptation of new employees
• Planning, organizing and coordinating the booking of tickets, hotels of employees.
• Preparation and participation in presentations within the company
• Work in the SAP system (creation of work orders; control of payment of invoices; creation/ entering information on suppliers of goods and services into the system, correcting information; splitting accounts into separate locations and cost centers, renting equipment in different regions.
